Chartwell Appoints Senior Vice President of Business Development

On November 4, 2015 Chartwell Staffing Solutions appointed David Kooiman as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Kooiman previously served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Select Staffing. His ultimate responsibility is to lead Chartwell’s overall growth primarily though organic means plus he will also assist with potential acquisitions that complement Chartwell’s existing nationwide footprint. Kooiman is responsible for re-tooling and adding to Chartwell’s existing sales force as well as streamlining multi-site services for Chartwell’s prospects and customers on a regional and national level. In addition, he leads a team designated to design and implement a business development training and mentoring program. “My objective is to build a national sales force of industry leaders who love to have fun and want to grow their careers as staffing professionals. Chartwell presents a great opportunity for professionals looking to be part of a growing family and we’re just getting started!” explains Kooiman In the next two weeks, Kooiman intends to hire two business development managers and a regional business development manager. In 2016, Kooiman will add 20 – 30 additional business development managers to Chartwell’s employee roster. Kooiman started his staffing career in 2003 and has worked with several staffing companies who were leaders in their respective verticals. He is also a key addition to Chartwell’s executive team. Chartwell Acquires Tiger Information Systems in NYC

On Thursday, October 29th, Chartwell Staffing Solutions acquired New York City based Tiger Information Systems, a staffing, recruiting, and training agency with a 30 year history of serving prestigious financial, corporate, and legal firms. As a result of the new acquisition, Chartwell now has two New York City offices that provide professional staff to top tier clients in the greater New York area. Tiger Information Systems has been rebranded as Chartwell Staffing Solutions. Chartwell will retain the Tiger Information Systems’ staff. No stranger to professional staffing, Chartwell’s original New York City Office supplies financial staff, HR staff, office staff, office support services, employee benefit services, financial presentation services, and applicant screening services to the greater New York market. With the acquisition of Tiger Information Systems, Chartwell adds IT, legal, and creative staffing as well as IT training and project services to their array of professional staffing services. Chartwell Staffing Solutions Acquires Victory Staffing Solutions LLC in Hiram, GA

On Monday, October 26th, Chartwell Staffing Solutions acquired Victory Staffing Solutions LLC in Hiram, GA. Victory’s owner has retired. Chartwell Staffing Solutions is merging their Atlanta team with the Victory team and moving their Atlanta staff and supplies to the new Hiram, GA location at 126 Enterprise Path #207, Hiram for a short-term stay until they find a new Atlanta location. Since last April, Chartwell has provided staff to Atlanta’s bakery manufacturers and the warehouse industry. Chartwell Opens New Offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington State

Chartwell Staffing Solutions opened two new offices in September 2015: One in Sumner, Washington; the other in Edison, New Jersey, expanding their footprint across the nation. In early October, Chartwell will open the doors to their new Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office. In addition, Chartwell opened a Chambersburg, PA office several months ago. The Sumner and Edison offices were opened to assist existing clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries. The Harrisburg office will also assist a current client in these same industries. Already, the Sumner office staff has developed an impressive client base similar to what one would expect from a seasoned team. According to Chartwell Staffing Solutions President Tracy Kidan, Chartwell’s Sumner office is a model of success. Chartwell hopes to open a Seattle, Washington office in the next year.The Edison office is Chartwell’s starting point in New Jersey as the company intends to open several additional New Jersey offices over the next six months.
