On November 4, 2015 Chartwell Staffing Solutions appointed David Kooiman as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Kooiman previously served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Select Staffing. His ultimate responsibility is to lead Chartwell’s overall growth primarily though organic means plus he will also assist with potential acquisitions that complement Chartwell’s existing nationwide footprint. Kooiman is responsible for re-tooling and adding to Chartwell’s existing sales force as well as streamlining multi-site services for Chartwell’s prospects and customers on a regional and national level. In addition, he leads a team designated to design and implement a business development training and mentoring program.

In the next two weeks, Kooiman intends to hire two business development managers and a regional business development manager. In 2016, Kooiman will add 20 – 30 additional business development managers to Chartwell’s employee roster. Kooiman started his staffing career in 2003 and has worked with several staffing companies who were leaders in their respective verticals. He is also a key addition to Chartwell’s executive team.
