Position Description, Qualifications & Desired Experience:
1st Shift Mo-Fri 6:50-3:20pm
Essential Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Maintain and trouble shoot dies and tooling
- Setup die and auxiliary equipment for production
- Change over dies to produce secondary parts.).
Minimum Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience (2+years) working in high-speed thin metal progressive stamping dies.
- Able to read and understand blue prints with geometric tolerances
- Able to use micrometers, calipers and optical comparator.
- Ability to work independently
- Formal apprenticeship or 3+ years equivalent training
- Knowledge working with tool steel and carbide
- Strong communication skills
