1st Shift – Tool & Die Maintenance Tech

Position Description, Qualifications & Desired Experience:

1st Shift Mo-Fri 6:50-3:20pm

Essential Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and trouble shoot dies and tooling
• Setup die and auxiliary equipment for production
• Change over dies to produce secondary parts.).

Minimum Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• Experience (2+years) working in high-speed thin metal progressive stamping dies.
• Able to read and understand blue prints with geometric tolerances
• Able to use micrometers, calipers and optical comparator.
• Ability to work independently
• Formal apprenticeship or 3+ years equivalent training
• Knowledge working with tool steel and carbide
• Strong communication skills
