Position Description, Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Machine Operator 1 – Pay $14/hour
Schedules:
- Front Half Day – Sunday - Tuesday every other Wednesday: 7a-7p
- Back Half Day – Thursday – Saturday every other Wednesday: 7a-7p
- Back Half Night – Thursday – Saturday every other Wednesday: 7p-7a
Job Duties:
- Re-reel bulk cable and wire onto smaller reels; including loading/unloading rolls on a dual take-up machine, operating payoff and other re-reeling equipment.
- Package and label product. Load reels of wire and able on pallets.
- Check calibration of footage counters.
- Help stage for shipping/receiving input production data into specified data collection program.
- Create plywood reels.
Machine Operator 3 – Pay $15 to $16/hour
Schedule:
- Back Half Night – Thursday – Saturday every other Wednesday: 7p-7a
Job Duties:
- Set-up, Monitor, and operate equipment associated with wire drawing machines and PVC Extrusion line.
- Maintain and monitor maintenance of die sets.
- Adjust controls to regulate speed of wire, travel and of extrusion die to ensure a uniform production of product.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Data logging and quality assurance checks.
Machine Operator 4 – Pay $17 to $17.75/hour
Schedules:
- Back Half Night – Thursday – Saturday every other Wednesday: 7p-7a
- Back Half Day – Thursday – Saturday every other Wednesday: 7a-7p
Job duties:
Responsible for sitting up, monitoring, and operating equipment associated with the CV Extrusion Line
