ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to the following)

1. Operate production machinery including, but not limited to, rivet machines, spot welders,
rollers, swagers, horn presses, beaders, and tape machines
2. Pack, label, wrap and palletize finished products.
3. Count finished products to determine if work orders are complete.
4. Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.
5. Assure that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
6. Keep work areas clean and organized.
7. Work as part of the team.
8. Follow all company rules and policies.
9. Follow all safety rules and lean manufacturing requirements.
10. Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality.
11. Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

• Must be mechanically inclined
• Preferably 1-2 years in production environment i.e. holding a production position 6months-1 year preferred
• Basic computer competency, not required but a plus.
• Must have ability to work in fast paced manufacturing environment
• Must be punctual and have track record of excellent attendance
• Must be willing to work with others in team environment
• Requirement: Because of our location and shift schedule, candidates must have reliable transportation
