Large manufacturer seeks 5 full-time Auger Mill Operators for their facility in Clinton, IA. You will work the 2nd shift.

Earn $20 an hour and overtime at $30 an hour!

The facility has free parking, an onsite locker and an employee lunchroom with a microwave, and refrigerator. PPE is also provided on every shift.

As an Auger Mill Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Cutting and stocking material, changing roller arms, and adjusting pitch and cup arms.
• Performing set-ups for correct pitch, shaft I.D and O.D dimensions.
• Detecting faulty operation of equipment and defective materials.

To qualify for the Auger Mill Operator positions, you must have at least 6 months of machine operating or mechanical experience and:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Be willing to consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace.
• Be willing to consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
