Business Development / Staffing Industry Sales
Chartwell Staffing, one of the top 10 privately-owned staffing agencies in the US, seeks a Sales & Business Development Manager to market and sell our firm’s services in the Charlotte area. Chartwell Staffing offers a full variety of recruitment services to businesses, from providing temporary or direct hire employees and handling all client company employment needs.
You will earn a competitive base salary of $50,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on your experience, plus uncapped commissions. You will work Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM. Your primary goal will be to increase staffing billable hours, total sales dollars and gross profit through focused sales strategies and by opening new accounts. You will be required to do both inside and outside sales to introduce yourself and our services to local businesses. You will provide the branch manager with detailed reports on business-to-business calls and appointments each week.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least one (1) year of prior direct business-to-business experience and prior staffing industry sales experience. We also require you to:
- Have your own vehicles (and a valid driver’s license) as you will be traveling to client sites in your territory.
- Be willing to consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
- Be willing to consent to a drug screen. This is a drug free workplace.
