Key Responsibilities: • Cheerfully receive customer orders / information from sales representatives and customers. • Accurately place orders into our purchase system and obtain customer’s verification of the order. • Communicate with customers, sales reps, vendors and internal team with patience and clarity. • Order artwork die plates from local and overseas vendors. • Track and maintain electronic and physical records. • General office duties including filing, answering phones, receiving guests.
Physical Requirements/Other: • Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM. • Must be able to sit/stand at and operate a computer for several hours a day, speak and listen via telephone, climb stairs occasionally and be able to lift boxes of up to 30 lbs.
Qualifications / Skills: • A minimum of one-year of customer service / order processing or substantially similar experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Keyboard and data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy. • Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency. • Able to solve problems and follow through on assigned tasks, work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is critical.
