Customer Service Representative, Call Center Rep – Call center that supports a large concrete company in Dixon, CA seeks five (5) Call Center Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with questions and issues. This call center is located on the bus line for easy access to public transportation.
These are full-time positions where you’ll earn $17 an hour, plus overtime pay at $25.50 an hour. You will work Monday – Friday from 7AM to 4PM. At this call center, you’ll enjoy free coffee and parking as well as an employee lunchroom with a microwave, refrigerator and vending machines available for your use. PPE will be provided for you and Health insurance options are also available.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to receive orders over the phone and enter them into the system and be expected to:
- Issue invoices and apply credits, as needed.
- Give pricing and product information, as requested.
- Coordinate orders with sales representatives.
- Research and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Release purchase orders to Dispatch.
- Adjust prices, as needed.
To qualify, you must have at least one (1) year of call center customer service experience and:
- Have strong data entry, math and clerical skills.
- Have good phone and computer skills.
- Be willing to consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace.
- Be willing to consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
