We seek 40 Customer Service Representatives in Harrisburg, PA to provide support to medical clients. Customer Service Reps will enjoy health, dental and vision insurance opportunities as well as 401k retirement options.

WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY!
The call center operates Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm, and Fridays from 8am to 5pm. You will be expected to work from 8am to 5am, Monday through Friday when working in the office. Once you can work remotely, you will be expected to work two shifts per week from 9am to 6pm.
As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for conducting reminder call campaigns for medical and utility clients using predictive dialing equipment, phone queues and cell phone loops. You will also be responsible for:
- Performing self-pay monitoring.
- Taking credit cards or check payments over the phone and entering them into the proper system to resolve client accounts.
- Sending out statements, itemized statements, and receipts to patients, as requested.
- Explaining insurance coverage and answering questions to the extent needed for patient balance collection.
To be considered, you must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, 1 year of hospital billing experience and:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Be willing to consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
- Be willing to consent to a drug screen. This is a drug free workplace.
