Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Office Assistant
Lighting fixture manufacturer needs a Data Entry Clerk to perform general clerical and record-keeping tasks including data entry, scanning, and shredding. You will work at their office in Anaheim, CA which is conveniently located on the bus line.
This is a full-time, temp-to-direct hire position where you will earn up to $18 an hour, depending on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday from 7AM to 4PM. Plus, our associates enjoy free parking and access to an employee lunchroom with a microwave, refrigerator, and vending machines.
Our Data Entry Clerk will also be expected to:
- Answer phones and emails.
- Research project information online.
- Create weekly reports.
To be considered, you must have 1+ years of data entry experience and:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in M1, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills.
