Performs a broad range of Customer Service duties. Heavy phone calls – to distributors, brand ambassadors, and follow-up on projects. Knowledge with Salesforce or similar CRM program Manufacturing or food experience a plus.


- BA/BS preferred in addition to 4 to 6 years of work experience in Customer Service primarily or Sales/Administrative support. Experienced in the foodservice industry is preferred. Previous experience working with CRM software ( or another comparable system).


- Team-oriented and independently motivated/disciplined with demonstrated ability to
provide exceptional customer service. Excellent telephone etiquette, verbal and written
communication skills. Must possess excellent organizational skills, and analytical skills with keen
attention to accuracy and detail with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong
critical thinking skills using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of
alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Sound judgment and decision making abilities are a plus for this position. Strong time and project management skills with an ability to manage priorities, multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work productively and efficiently with limited supervision.


- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of and Navision a plus. Knowledge of spreadsheet formulas and strong basic math aptitude.
