We are looking for an Inventory Coordinator position, this role is very inventory focused: good on factory floor and with Office Suite (excel); good with data, attention to detail, can do attitude.
Experience with ERP/MPR systems a plus, experience with inventory management a plus, experience in manufacturing environment a plus.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Coordinator performs general inventory duties for the facilities. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory organization, accuracy, and integrity within the facilities. The Inventory Coordinator manages inventory through database and maintain levels required on a daily basis to meet distribution demands. Activities include:

· Monitoring and controlling inventory processes, documentation, and procedures.
· Maintaining product identification and organization of inventory goods in warehouses
· Researching and resolving inventory discrepancies
· Responsible for overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/inventory audits /reconciliations including out of state inventory reports.
· Resolving inventory problems in a timely manner
· Documenting and controlling aged & damaged product.
· Maintaining Inventory Accuracy Metrics and associated reports for management
· Perform receiving tasks
· Act as expeditor and move and stage goods to production areas for processing.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Reconcile out of state inventory reports
· Cycle count per schedule
· Enter new parts, Bill of Materials, Labor Routing, etc.
· Cost roll up for new part numbers
· Enter work orders into JDE
· Complete work orders into finished goods
· Resolve inventory discrepancies
· Stock transfers to regional warehouse in JDE
· Inventory adjustments, re-classifications, etc. in JDE as necessary
· Conduct physical inventory several times per year
· Back up for transactional functions of Shipping Clerk, Floor supervisors and Production Manager
· Train others as required.
· Other duties as directed
