Logistics Coordinator

 

Large warehouse in Perris, CA seeks 10 Logistics Coordinators to receive customer orders via WMS system, manage inbound and outbound truck deliveries and pickups, and notify Customer Service and Logistics teams of container movements, delays, custom holds and any delivery conflicts.

 

YOU’LL EARN $17 OR MORE PER HOUR + OVERTIME TO $25.50 AN HOUR!

Work: Monday - Friday, NOON to 8PM + OT.

 

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining employee records and:

  • Sending daily reports to supervisors, managers and the corporate office.
  • Making inventory adjustments once approved by the customer or authorized personnel.
  • Ensuring accuracy of all files and maintaining records.
  • Updating various programs and spreadsheets used for tracking and documentation.
  • Preparing daily KPI and other reporting metrics.
  • Keeping accurate inventory of all office and janitorial supplies.
  • Assisting the warehouse during inventory counting.

 

To qualify, you must have at least 1 year of logistics coordinating experience and:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to read, analyze and interpret international customs and government customs documents.
  • Be able to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, vendors, customers and co-workers.
  • Be proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience working with WMS systems.
