Position Description, Qualifications & Desired Experience:
At least one year prior experience required and MUST have certification from an accredited school.
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Billing insurance on HCFA or UB forms
- Following up with insurance companies when necessary
- HIPPA Compliant
This company currently bills for hospitals as well as physicians. Billing takes place for commercial insurance, motor vehicle insurance, workers compensation insurance, and government insurances such as Medicaid, VA, Tricare, and Medicare
Capability for a $1.00 increase every 90 days for 180 days
