Office Assistant / Mail Clerk
Hygiene product distributor seeks 2 Office Clerks to distribute mail, sort checks, keep payroll records and take inventory at their offices in Fontana, CA.
These are full-time positions where you will earn $20 an hour, to start. Health insurance opportunities available upon direct hire!
You’ll work Monday through Friday from 5:30 am – 1:30pm.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Clerk include:
- Answering questions and addressing complaints from customers and employees.
- Compiling, copying and filing records of office activities and business transactions.
- Maintaining inventory, mailing and database systems.
Prior experience is preferred, but not required. To be considered for this Office Clerk position, you must:
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
