Description

Office Clerk / Receptionist – Large industrial container distributor in Commerce, CA seeks 5 experienced Office Clerks / Receptionists to greet clients, answer incoming calls, and perform various clerical tasks.

 

These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions where you’ll earn $18 an hour. You will work Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4:30PM and enjoy weekends off. If directly hired, you will be eligible for a company benefits package.

 

As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer service including resolving issues and forwarding information.
  • Performing administrative tasks including filing, sorting, and matching.
  • Some light invoicing and basic AR/AP assignments.
  • Creating various documents, as needed.

 

To be considered, you must have at least 1 year of office clerk or receptionist experience and:

  • Be proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite and have good data entry skills.
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency with QB Enterprise is a plus.
