The Production Line Lead is assigned to one of the three Shift Supervisors and rotates with that assigned Supervisor on a quarterly basis as set by the Department Manager. Line Lead is responsible for leading, coaching and assisting the production personnel to ensure their assigned line and the department, along with all equipment in the department is operating at the best possible efficiencies to meet production requirements. The Production Line Lead must be able to work independently, while ensuring all operational procedures, job descriptions and practices created by management are met. Assist in the continuing training and direction of Forklift Drivers, Relief Operator, Operator1, Operator-2, Junior and Senior Techs. Work directly with and follow the direction of the Shift Supervisor. Keep safety in the highest regard.
