Senior Recruiter


Advanced metal manufacturing company seeks a full-time Senior Recruiter to play a leading role in identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way, improving and contributing to the employer brand, and scaling their recruiting practice through growth.


Our Senior Recruiter will earn up to $65,000 a year, depending on your experience. This is a direct hire position offering paid time off, health, vision, and dental insurance options, a 401K, and supplemental STD, LTD, and life insurance options. All benefits begin the first day of the month following a 60-day probation period.


You will also serve as a key point of contact for candidates through recruitment and on-boarding to ensure a smooth transition. In addition, you’ll be expected to:

  • Proactively engage with hiring managers in anticipation of future hiring demands and to identify talent gaps.
  • Network closely to identify opportunities for improved performance and outcomes.
  • Analyze performance metrics to understand hiring trends.
  • Develop a pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions.
  • Partner with local high schools and trade schools.
  • Process and follow-up on all pre-employment background checks.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers, training, and retention.


This position requires 4-6 years of related recruiting experience and:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Consent to a drug screen. This is a drug-free workplace.
  • Consent to a background screening. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company.
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Human Resources is a plus.
