Warehouse Packing Supervisor, Bilingual  


Large food manufacturing company needs an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Packing Supervisor to plan and coordinate daily production line operations at their facility in Riverside, CA.  This position is responsible for improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the processing and packing lines.


As the Packing Supervisor, you’ll earn $21.50+ per hour, based on your experience, plus overtime opportunities $$$! You will work, Monday through Friday from 6AM to 2:30PM with possible required overtime on Saturdays. The Packing Supervisor is responsible for tracking, counting and packing materials, tagging pallets, and performing monthly inventory counts. You will also be expected to:

  • Oversee the packing production line planning schedules, workflow, and ensure employee safety and workforce utilization.
  • Ensure that all products are processed and packed in a correct, timely manner in alignment customer product specification and quality requirements.
  • Monitor fruit quality.
  • Serve as a liaison between production packing and fruit processing line leads to resolve short-and long-term reliability issues for production improvements.
  • Utilize KPI tracking reporting tools to target and improve operational performance.
  • Manage KPIs including safety, finished goods packing counts, packing performance goals, customers packing orders, product and packaging quality, and maintenance OEE.


This position is full-time and requires a high school diploma or GED and 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. You must also:

  • Be familiar with ERP systems and shop floor controls.
  • Have experience in Food Safety systems, SQF 2000, pre-requisite programs and other Food regulation programs.
  • Have effective supervisory skills.
  • Consent to a background check. Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working with this company.
  • Be able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
