Sr Graphics Designer $30 - $33 an hour.

o Advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop skills
o Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio skills
o Three to five years of experience working in a client-facing production environment
o Blend imagery, charts, text, photography, and multimedia elements to create high–impact proposals and presentations that distinguish Williams Lea in the marketplace and help win business*
o Ensure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports the Williams Lea brand, visual identity, legal guidelines, and messaging while demonstrating the ability to conceptualize dynamic content*
o Team effectively with Ops, Bus Dev, Marketing - listening to technical approaches and quickly developing designs that depict the info to develop compelling visual concepts and themes for marketing products/services
o Understand and interpret presentation concept to assist with presentation development; demonstrate ability to tailor presentations to end users’ styles with minimal direction
o Take full responsibility for highlighting problems and devising solutions alongside the team leader
o Able to manage and utilize own time efficiently and effectively
o May be required to communicate with vendors to produce jobs
