    Custodian

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Perform all building custodial work to insure a clean building. This work will include the cleaning of all offices and public areas and sanitizing of all building restrooms. During a shift it will be expected that this work continues into areas used for Meetings, Banquets and Trade Shows as determined by the Shift Lead.

    Monitors and maintains restrooms, replenish restroom supplies during and after event functions.

    Transports trash, recycling, and lobby fixtures.

    Polish escalators, drinking fountains, restroom fixtures, etc.

    Clean and wipe walls, woodwork, doors and sills.

    Dust mops, wet mops floor surfaces.

    Vacuum, stain removal and carpet extracting of all carpeted areas and fabric furniture.

    Assist in tasks associated with assembly, disassembly, or installation of Conventions Center equipment (table, chairs, stages, etc.)

    Be able to stand for 8 hours 

    Have reliable transportation 

    All shifts available.

    Hourly rate of: $19.00 - $20.00

    • Excellent phone, written, and communication skills while interfacing with all levels of staff and customers
    • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Lotus Notes
    • 2-5 year experience as a CSR in warehouse/manufacturing 
    • $18-22/hr
